Plans for a splash pad proposed at Bosco Fields to honor Fox 2 News meteorologist Jessica Starr continue to move forward. At the April 25 City Council meeting, the council voted unanimously to approve awarding vendor Vortex Aquatic Structures International with the purchase of the equipment for Jessica’s Splashpad.
