Novi’s own Madison Lee Gagui was crowned Miss Asia of Michigan on August 1, 2026. We could not be prouder to share the news of her victory!

The 2026 Miss & Mrs. Asia of Michigan Pageant took place in Sterling Heights, bringing together contestants from across the state for an evening focused on celebrating Asian culture, building confidence, developing leadership, and connecting communities.

Madison, 18, grew up right here in Novi and is a proud 2026 graduate of Novi High School. She has always shown great dedication to her education, her family, the arts, and her culture. During the pageant, Madison showcased her artistic talents with a graceful ballet performance. She also shared a traditional Manobo cultural presentation, celebrating her rich heritage on stage.

In 2024, Madison’s sister, Allison, was crowned Miss Asia of Michigan. This year, Allison had the special honor of passing the crown to Madison. Together, they proudly represent their family, their heritage, and the Novi community.

Even more, this achievement offers a powerful story of inspiration for youth across Novi, showing our young residents that they can honor their cultural roots, follow their passions, and work hard to achieve their biggest goals.
