As we continue to work to safely reopen the Novi Civic Center, we are transitioning to providing services by appointment. We ask that you would continue to use our online services and outside drop box unless you need in-person assistance. To set up an appointment, please call the respective department you need. If you are coming for an appointment, we ask visitors to kindly wear a mask.

All of our departments are being staffed from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and several services can be accessed online at cityofnovi.org or by appointment.
