June 21st, 2023 -- Rose Senior Living at Providence Park is excited to announce that it will be hosting a Walk for Alzheimer's Awareness on The Longest Day, June 21st, at 2 pm. This public event will be a charitable event to raise awareness and funds to support the Alzheimer's Association, which provides care, support, and research for Alzheimer's disease. This year's Walk for Alzheimer's Awareness will be a family-friendly event, allowing attendees of all ages to join the fight against Alzheimer's, a disease that affects the lives of so many people. The event will be held at Rose Senior Living at Providence Park, located at 47400 Heritage Drive Novi, MI 48374. In addition to the Walk, there will be a range of activities, entertainment, and food for attendees to enjoy throughout the afternoon. These will be brought to you by Ascension Providence Hospital-Novi, Edward Rose & Sons, Warren Therapy, PARC Home Care, and AMAC Pharmacy. These organizations have all come together to support the fight against Alzheimer's and provide attendees with a fun and engaging afternoon. Registration for the Walk will start at 1 pm or can be done online at http://act.alz.org/goto/rslprovidencepark, and the Walk will start at 2 pm. Attendees are encouraged to register online to ensure they receive a commemorative T-shirt. The registration fee is $20 per person; all proceeds will go directly to the Alzheimer's Association.
