Since 2008, the City of Novi has contracted with Polco (formerly the National Research Center) to conduct a statistically valid citizens survey. The every other year survey tells us areas in which we are doing well, where we need to improve and what is important to our residents. The 2022 survey was sent to 2,700 homes earlier this fall. If you did not receive a survey but still want to share your thoughts, we invite you to complete the 2022 National Citizen Survey.

The responses are used to identify challenges, plan for and evaluate improvements, and sustain services and amenities for long-term success. A full report will be available in winter 2023.
