easily outruns Hartland Eagles
Novi gets six guys across the line first in 15-47 victory

On Novi's home course, Cass Benton Park in Northville, the Wildcats outran the Hartland Eagles 15-47 Tuesday on what Coach Smith explained was a "wet, windy and slippery" course. Six of Novi's fastest harriers crossed the finish line before Hartland's top man.

Novi's top runners included Wheat (17:34), MacDonough (17:34), Prasad (17:35), Lumley (17:35), Croad (17:35) and Cateriano (17:41). Beard (18:00) rounded out the top ten.

The 'Cats are off until Monday, when they compete against some of the state's best in the KVC Championship.
