Providence
MDs to take on Novi's Public Safety team
January 13, 2012
NOVI - Providence Park
Hospital in Novi announced that a select team of
top-notch hockey-playing MDs will take on a select team
of Novi police officers and firefighters in a charity
event on Saturday, February 4th.
February is 'Heart Month' so
local emergency personnel are partnering to raise
awareness about heart health. The 'In a Heartbeat Hockey
Game' will be followed by an exiting match-up between
the Plymouth Whalers and Windsor Spitfires - two great
games for just $12, and $4 of that goes to the
Providence Heart Institute.
Providence will be offering
heart risk assessments to attendees, and will also offer
discounted full Heart and Vascular screenings at the
game.
The game will take place at
Compuware Arena, located on Beck Road just north of M-14
in Plymouth Township. Face-off is 4:30 p.m. on Saturday,
February 4th, 2012.
You can purchase tickets
